• Payment plans are available on request and on terms prescribed by the school.
• Day scholar fees include daily transport to the College, mid-morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
• Consultation Day will be held once a term on the Thursday of the exeat weekend (normally the 6th week of the term). After consultation, parents will take their child(ren) home for the weekend. Lessons will resume on Tuesday the following week. No other visits are allowed during the term.

• Laptops are allowed to be brought to and used in school under supervision. Parents are encouraged to ensure that only relevant academic material is saved on the computers. No phones are allowed. If your child is traveling alone and needs a phone, kindly advise the school to collect it for safe-keeping.
• The school provides beds and cover beds, however, pupils will be expected to bring the following: 2 blankets, 1 pillow, bucket, 5 hangers, 2 pairs of sheets (including pillow cases), adequate toiletries, black shoe polish, 1 under blanket, comb and brown shoe polish. Whilst the school will provide free laundry services, pupils should have clearly labeled uniforms and bed linen.
